- BlackRock just bought $332.2 million worth of ETH.
- The price of ETH dipped to the $3,600 price range, allowing for a greedy dip purchase.
- Ethereum continues to outperform the pioneer crypto asset Bitcoin (BTC).
Institutional BTC and ETH accumulation have increased significantly this bull cycle, hitting much higher targets this cycle than the last. In fact, heavy ETH accumulation from institutions only began this bull cycle, leading analysts to believe that a parabolic bull pump may arrive this altseason. Showing no signs of slowing down its ETH accumulation efforts, BlackRock just bought $332.2 million worth of ETH as ETH continues to outperform BTC.
BlackRock Just Bought $332.2 Million Worth of ETH
The crypto market saw increased institutional accumulation interest in BTC last bull cycle when El Salvador made BTC a legal tender nd began to heavily buy and hold BTC. SO strong was the country’s BTC strategy that they began to not only buy BTC, but began mining BTC as well. They did that by using the geothermal power of their volnacoes, ethically and efficiently mining BTC and adding them to their treasury.
Inspired by their early lead, Strategy’s Michael Saylor was also intrigued by BTC and began to study its philosophy. Immediately, he became of of Bitcoin’s biggest advocates and is heavily accumulating BTC to this day. Due to their BTC accumulation efforts since the previous bull cycle, these entities have a steady lead in terms of BTC holdings. Therefore, despite the heavy accumulation by financial institutions, now still have a long way to go.
Of the many financial institutions accumulating crypto this bull cycle, BlackRock, the largest asset manager in the world, not only began to adopt BTC this bull cycle but the pioneer altcoin Ethereum as well. In fact, so strong has their ETH accumulation strategy been that records now show that BlackRock is accumulating more ETH than BTC, this shows the undeniable growing deman for ETH ETFs from the traditional financial sector.
ETH Continues to Outperform BTC
As we can see from the post above, BlackRock is continuously adding to its ETH accumulation pile. In detail, BlackRock just bought $332.2 million worth of ETH, ensuring that they buy the dip when ETH has down to the $3,600 orice region. This is an extremely bullish sign as BlackRock further boosted its ETH pile yesterday alongside Grayscale and Fidelity.
The fact that ETH is steadily outperforming BTC is also a strong sign behind why BlackRock has been accumulating more and more ETH over BTC recently. ETH outperforming BTC is also a bullish sign for this bull cycle’s altseason to commence soon. Presently, the price of ETH is just testing a resistance level below $4,000; once the $3,800 barrier is broken through, the price of ETH will shoot towards its previous ATH price set last bull cycle at the $4,800 price range.
