- Hoskinson says Vitalik and Ethereum are learning from the best.
- This best blockchain happens to be Cardano.
- It seems as if Etehreum is adding all of Cardano’s features to its roadmap.
The friendly rivalry between Cardano and Ethereum may be a lot less friendly than one might notice. Hoskinson says that Vitalik and Ethereum are learning from the best as they reveal new points of interest in the Ethereum roadmap. It seems that Ethereum and Vitalik are truly learning from the best as they add plenty of milestones from the Cardano roadmap as their new goals for the quarters ahead.
Hoskinson Says That Vitalik and Ethereum are Learning From the Best
Charles Hoskinson, Founder of Cardano, is also one of the Co-Founders of Ethereum, along with a few other respected names in the crypto community, including the founder of Polkadot and Consensys. As a co-founder, Hoskinson worked very closely with Vitalik Buterin and understands the Ethereum team and ecosystem very well. This allows us to see a different point of view when it comes to Cardano and Ethereum.
It is no secret that Hoskinson and the other co-founder walked away from Ethereum and Buterin to work on their own projects due to visionary differences. From what we understand, Buterin was willing to compromise on minor issues and launch a blockchain to meet a greater demand. His plan was to work on these small issues much later in the roadmap when they became much bigger issues.
This is why Ethereum gained a vast amount of users early, because it was the first to launch. But due to its ignored problems, its users faced multiple issues, and Ethereum had to make expensive upgrades, which took years to help resolve these issues. But now, even after making hard temps to resolve its issues, Ethereum is now facing even more problems due to solving these challenges at a later time.
Is Vitalik Just Copying Off the Cardano Roadmap?
Thus, Vitalik Buterin has announced several new milestones to the Ethereum roadmap that he aims to hit in the coming quarters ahead. These new milestones include incorporating privacy, UTXO, liquid staking, and on-chain governance, all attributes and features that Cardano already offers as part of its decade-long plan to build the perfect and most ideal blockchain.
As we can see from the post above, Hoskinson highlights these similarities and states that Ethereum is looking closely at the Cardano roadmap and how it seems Vitalik is looking to adopt features that have been promising to the Cardano ecosystem and is hoping to incorporate them into Ethereum as well. This is another bold sign showcasing how Cardano is superior to almost all blockchains in the market at the moment.
